though I'm not entirely sure. In fact, I don't remember what I was
looking for at the time.
Interceptor is something I have been looking for for a while - I
knew somebody had to have a simple proxy that would show all
the raw headers, but until now I was unable to find one. And as to
my purpose, I have been putting together websites for years,
including writing some fairly complicated apps in VBScript (ASP)
and PHP (100% HTML chat rooms, etc.).
About a year ago, I discovered the benefits of
Linux/APACHE/PHP, and the ability to hand craft all of the
headers that controll cacheing, etc. I am one of those people that
want to have exact control over everything. Unfortunately, it can
be very difficult to determine whether or not an app is sending the
correct headers, and it is equally difficult to determine what
headers the browser is sending. This is why I think your product
will be very useful to me.
Your PicoSpider product also looks very interesting - I'll check it
out when it is available.
